Van Cleef & Arpels Management Control Assistant (Work‑Study)

1. Support the management control function in month‑end closing activities and preparation of management packs.
2. Prepare and consolidate periodic reports and KPI dashboards for sales, margin and inventory performance.
3. Perform variance analysis between actuals and budgets/forecasts and produce explanatory notes.
4. Assist in budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial simulations to support commercial and operational decision‑making.
5. Reconcile commercial and ledger data; ensure data integrity across POS, ERP and reporting tools.
6. Contribute to ad‑hoc financial projects, process improvement initiatives and automation of reporting tasks.
7. Liaise with boutiques, retail operations and central teams to collect data and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or equivalent (alternance/work‑study format required).
2. Strong analytical rigour, numeracy and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with commercial and operational teams.
5. High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling financial information.

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Business Administration or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study contract required).
