1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or one year of experience in retail, contact center, or customer service.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
3. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

A minimum of one year in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment is required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $25-$27 per hour.
