1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Engage in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
3. Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
5. Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of relevant experience in luxury sales preferred.

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Curiosity and passion for providing excellent service.
4. Proficiency in CRM systems and clienteling tools.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury sales environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary: $24.04 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. This role is commission eligible.
