- Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships in a luxury retail setting.
- Attend community social events to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
- Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication on novelties and events.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required for business purposes.
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Keen attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
A minimum of 7 years in luxury sales or a similar environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. The role is commission eligible with an expected salary range of $24.04 per hour.
