1. Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy, including the design of diverse training projects such as events, face-to-face sessions, digital learning, and blended learning.
2. Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, booklets, videos, and podcasts, to promote a culture of continuous learning.
3. Manage training projects by overseeing planning, resources, deliverables, communications, and service providers.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the impact of training initiatives.
5. Facilitate and animate the global Learning & Development community to ensure engagement and buy-in.
6. Support regions and markets with training facilitation and participate in the development and animation of seminars for team members.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development within an international environment.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Familiarity with digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

A minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development, preferably in an international setting.
