1. Collaborate with method engineers and CAD designers to define products from aesthetic research to conception.
2. Oversee the industrialization of products, working with partner workshops to define and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for new and existing lines.
3. Provide technical support to cross-functional teams including Quality, Customer Service, and Innovation.
4. Act as the primary technical liaison with partner workshops, responsible for technical decision-making in jewelry production.
5. Stay informed on new technologies, innovations, and artisanal and industrial techniques, ensuring the transmission of jewelry culture.
