1. Anticipate risks and define quality criteria for new projects.
2. Harmonize and communicate quality standards within teams.
3. Develop and implement training plans for quality teams to ensure continuous skill enhancement.
4. Lead calibration visits and the AQP approach, uniting teams around quality objectives.
5. Manage action plans and problem resolution, ensuring rigorous follow-up on corrective actions.
6. Monitor Quality Performance by formalizing and tracking the quality performance of new collections.
7. Update performance indicators and manage necessary corrective actions.
8. Organize and conduct quality inspections of finished products (visual, dimensional, functional).
9. Validate product compliance before AQP transition.
10. Frequent travel within France is required.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management and/or project management, preferably in a jewelry workshop.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
4. Effective communication with diplomacy and pedagogical skills.
5. Enthusiasm and openness to change.

A minimum of 5 years in quality management and/or project management, ideally within a jewelry workshop environment.
