1. Support the Purchasing team in supplier consultations and offer analysis.
2. Assist in managing Purchasing reporting, focusing on Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Service metrics.
3. Contribute to the creation of supplier business reviews.
4. Update the supplier data library, including activity, organization, product portfolio, and compliance documentation.
5. Propose improvements for standardizing purchasing data management.
6. Participate in supplier consultations for new developments and existing products.
7. Analyze supplier bid responses and perform structured benchmarks.
8. Collaborate with project team members on cost-related aspects.
9. Engage in Purchasing Controlling tasks such as invoice tracking, new supplier creation, and updating incoterms.
10. Support the Buyer in constructing supplier business reviews by consolidating data and performance indicators.
11. Lead a project tracking tool to create Purchasing performance dashboards, including hard and soft savings.
12. Update and develop sourcing data, including key partner information and market research.
13. Ensure price consistency and manage product loss rates.

1. Enrollment in a program focused on Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Proactive and meticulous approach.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
5. Genuine interest in the luxury and jewelry sectors.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury goods and jewelry is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
