1. Coordinate jewelry product operations for novelties launch, acting as the primary liaison with boutiques, logistics, office, and regional teams.
2. Manage logistics operations for import/export with other markets and headquarters, including stock transfers among boutiques.
3. Oversee GIA certificate management to ensure timely delivery from headquarters to markets.
4. Assist the Product Manager in daily activities, including product performance analysis and preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations.
5. Support business operations by ensuring optimal stock levels in collaboration with Retail and Merchandising teams.
6. Manage special orders, maintaining communication with boutiques and regional teams.
7. Support the Jewelry Product Manager in novelties launch and boutique animations.
8. Develop product knowledge and create sales tools for new and existing collections.
9. Conduct ad-hoc analysis on business trends to inform strategy.

1. First experience in the retail industry, preferably in marketing or merchandising.

1. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
2. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-departmentally and with various stakeholders.

A minimum of initial experience in the retail industry, particularly in marketing or merchandising, is required.
