1. Manage and update the content calendar and website for Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels.
2. Collect communication materials from partners, including companies and institutions.
3. Assist in the integration of content across platforms.
4. Contribute to the writing and editing of editorial content in both French and English.
5. Coordinate translations with dedicated agencies.
6. Utilize CMS tools such as Drupal for content integration.
7. Draft and format the Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels newsletter.
8. Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding content validation and updates across the website, newsletter, and social media.
9. Report bugs and oversee the implementation of fixes.
10. Participate in discussions on website evolution and development follow-ups.
11. Support the organization of the agenda for the Director of Dance & Culture Programs and assist in managing departmental event projects.

1. Strong interest in cultural fields and excellent writing skills.
2. Familiarity with the digital environment and its specificities.
3. Dynamic, responsible, and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Autonomous and meticulous with strong organizational skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
