Intern - Planning and Scheduling Assistant

1. Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as scheduling, logistics, arts and crafts, after-sales service, and general services.
2. Frame and deploy a project to optimize the physical logistics flows of scheduling and reception/shipping teams.
3. Conduct field studies of different flows using a Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
4. Propose improvements to stakeholders and their managers.
5. Review team spaces and organize the management of consumables.

1. Student in an engineering program with a focus on Supply Chain, Production, or Lean Manufacturing.

1. Enthusiastic and proactive with good interpersonal skills.
2. Service-oriented and committed to tasks.
3. Curious and innovative.
4. Detail-oriented with good priority management.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

No specific experience required, but a background in related studies is necessary.
