1. Support the Methods and Processes department under the guidance of the Product Methods Engineer.
2. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among jewelers, polishers, setters, and trainers.
3. Lead DMAIC projects to reduce internal non-conformities and enhance production flow.
4. Train artisans in continuous improvement methodologies.
5. Oversee A3 problem-solving initiatives and train artisans in these techniques.
6. Automate the pairing of fine stones and deploy automatic setting processes.
7. Conduct technological watch to gather and test advanced jewelry techniques, implementing those that suit the atelier's needs.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school with a focus on Industrial Engineering or Lean Management.

No prior professional experience required, but a genuine interest in craftsmanship and jewelry is essential.
