1. Manage and oversee the administrative HR processes for employees, including the preparation of contractual documents, onboarding procedures, maintenance of employee records, payroll variables control, and invoice management.
2. Contribute to various HR events and projects such as performance review cycles, drafting and disseminating HR communications, organizing new employee orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
3. Support the HR team with recruitment activities as needed.
4. Prepare and share HR activity reports.

1. Previous experience in human resources management within an international environment.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Project management capabilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
4. Proactive and meticulous approach to tasks.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

A minimum of initial experience in human resources management in an international setting is required.
