1. Recruit future interns and apprentices, participating in HR projects aligned with the Maison's current needs.
2. Support managers in recruitment across all departments, handling all stages from drafting job postings to final candidate selection.
3. Organize internal events such as Marketing and Communication Talents Days.
4. Oversee the integration of interns and apprentices, fostering community and proposing team-building activities.
5. Develop privileged contacts with all teams within the Maison.
