1. Serve as a Business Partner to support and guide workshop teams.
2. Contribute to organizational development and propose implementation strategies.
3. Ensure adherence to HR processes including annual reviews, career committees, training plans, and onboarding follow-ups.
4. Maintain a regular presence in workshops to provide close HR support.
5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to manage hiring processes.
6. Foster a positive social climate within the organization.
7. Implement and monitor HR KPIs with the management team.
8. Ensure compliance with legal HR requirements.
9. Contribute to the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects.

1. 8 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles within industrial or manufacturing settings.

1. Fluency in both English and French.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in team settings.
4. Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
5. Strong listening and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 8 years in a generalist HR role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
