- Support and monitor employees within the assigned scope, promoting company values.
- Contribute to organizational development discussions and propose implementation strategies.
- Act as a Business Partner to advise and challenge managers in team management and development.
- Assist in deploying HR policies and processes, including talent recruitment, integration, training, salary reviews, career management, and annual reviews.
- Contribute to the coordination and implementation of cross-functional projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal provisions in all HR activities.
- Significant experience in generalist Human Resources roles.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Agility and curiosity in dynamic and demanding environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Listening, rigor, and pragmatism.
