1. Provide strategic HR support and guidance to managerial teams across four retail boutiques.
2. Ensure the implementation and adherence to HR processes, including annual reviews, career committees, and training plans.
3. Maintain a regular presence in boutiques to offer close HR support and foster employee development.
4. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment efforts.
5. Oversee disciplinary procedures and manage any related disputes.
6. Implement and monitor HR KPIs, such as profitability per headcount and turnover rates.
7. Facilitate internal communication and drive HR initiatives within the assigned scope.
8. Engage in cross-departmental projects to enhance HR practices and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a retail environment.
2. Proven ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic and demanding settings.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and relationship building.
