1. Implement and oversee human resources strategies and processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, salary reviews, career management, and annual appraisals.
2. Support team members through integration periods, professional interviews, and individual assessments.
3. Ensure the development of team competencies by defining and executing training plans in collaboration with management.
4. Advise and support managers on team management issues.
5. Lead recruitment initiatives to meet team growth needs.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with local jewelry schools and regional institutions.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a generalist Human Resources role, preferably in an industrial setting.

1. Agility and adaptability in dynamic and demanding environments.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and build quality relationships with operational staff.
4. Proficiency in strategic HR processes and team development.

A minimum of 6 years in a generalist Human Resources role, ideally within an industrial environment.
