1. Participate in non-executive recruitment processes, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, selection, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Manage personnel administration, including drafting contracts and amendments, issuing certificates, and tracking medical visits.
3. Oversee temporary staffing, liaising with agencies for contract management, electronic signature, and invoice validation.
4. Assist in time management and payroll by collecting and transmitting variable pay elements to the Group's payroll department.
5. Update and maintain social reporting metrics such as absenteeism and workforce statistics.
6. Contribute to Quality of Work Life (QWL) projects, evaluating and analyzing progress.
7. Engage in various HR projects and support the overall HR department activities.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (Master 1 or 2).
2. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

3. Dynamic and proactive approach to tasks.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in Human Resources is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
