1. Support the talent acquisition team in end‑to‑end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination.
2. Maintain and update applicant tracking records and recruitment dashboards with accurate candidate data.
3. Coordinate interview schedules, liaise with hiring managers and manage candidate communications to ensure a premium candidate experience.
4. Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding: preparing documentation, tracking start dates and facilitating induction logistics.
5. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events; prepare briefing materials and post‑event follow‑up.
6. Prepare regular reports on recruitment KPIs and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and respect for candidate confidentiality.
3. Excellent organisational ability with a keen eye for detail and capacity to manage competing priorities.
4. Professional written and verbal communication skills in French; good command of English is advantageous.
5. Proactive mindset with an interest in luxury retail, talent acquisition and employer branding.

Open to current students or recent graduates. Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment or retail/guest relations is advantageous but not required.

Enrolled in or recently completed higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
