4. Analyze data to provide recommendations on HR strategy and improvement areas for the Maison's HR function.
5. Contribute to the HR controlling and data analytics community within the Maison by sharing best practices and organizing workshops and training sessions.

1. Experience in HR, data management, and tools.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality requirements.

1. Proficiency in HRIS tools.
2. Expertise in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Looker, and Visier.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
4. Structured approach to data analysis for providing insightful recommendations.
5. Organizational skills for process implementation and monitoring.
6. Fluency in English.

Experience in HR data management and analytics, with a focus on ensuring data quality and supporting data-driven decision-making.
