- Serve as the primary liaison for high jewelry product operations, coordinating with boutiques, logistics, and regional teams to ensure seamless import/export logistics and stock transfers.
- Oversee the maintenance of high jewelry product stock conditions, including managing defects and repairs, and regularly monitor global high jewelry stock lists to support local market targets.
- Assist the High Jewelry Product Manager in executing product-related content and tools, adapting them for local use, and handling product inspections and manipulations.
- Compile materials and sales tools for high jewelry events, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update the high jewelry deposit list, ensuring stakeholders are informed for follow-up actions, and collaborate with the CRM team to analyze client portfolios and support product assortment strategies.
- Track ongoing client appointments, activations, and events to provide timely product support and follow up on sales performance, including potential sales opportunities, deposits, invoicing, and certificate statuses.
- Conduct market research to gather information on high jewelry events and trends, and monitor competitor novelties to share insights promptly.
- Professional experience in the luxury retail industry, with a preference for product operation and supply chain experience.
- Exceptional data management and record-keeping abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and outgoing personality.
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in product operations and supply chain management, is preferred.
