- Implement and execute the High Jewelry strategy locally, supporting internal commercial objectives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommending actions to regional and headquarters levels.
- Animate the High Jewelry retail community, promoting the understanding and culture of Maison high jewelry.
- Define and implement the High Jewelry strategy in the market in line with headquarters guidelines, analyzing performances and key KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing to adapt local product assortment planning and ensure teamwork within the High Jewelry community.
- Build and implement sales and training strategies, focusing on client retention, recruitment, and performance improvement.
- Coordinate with the High Jewelry Director on client upgrade and acquisition strategies, aligning on sales objectives.
- Motivate and inspire the High Jewelry community by addressing individual motivations and needs.
- Implement tools and programs to support the High Jewelry community and secure client development.
- Ensure the excellence of the Maison image in the market by delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Participate in flagship events and product launches, managing strategic client attendance and sales results.
- At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in high jewelry.
- University degree and GIA certification.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and client behavior.
- Background in high jewelry sales is essential.
- Strong strategic analysis and strategy development skills.
- Proficiency in client information management and order processing.
- Knowledge of high jewelry trends and competitive landscape.
- Problem-solving and client-oriented mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail with a focus on high jewelry sales and client management.
University degree, GIA certified.
