1. Conduct market research and prepare weekly sales reviews.
2. Research archives in preparation for purchases.
3. Collect administrative data from suppliers and create sales contracts and acquisition files.
4. Monitor and ensure proper stock management post-purchase in collaboration with the logistics coordinator.
5. Follow up on pieces sent for after-sales service and assist in creating product sheets for sales staff.
6. Participate in the preparation of expertise dossiers.

1. Experience in administrative management.
2. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of initial experience in administrative management within a relevant sector is required.
