1. Manage the scheduling of visits to the Heritage Gallery.
2. Conduct tours of the Heritage Gallery for clients, the public, internal Van Cleef & Arpels employees, and Richemont collaborators.
3. Provide daily and monthly reports on the number of visits and visitor profiles.
4. Assist in the setup of exhibitions within the Heritage Gallery and ensure the proper display of jewelry and accompanying labels.
5. Collaborate with the Heritage Department teams.
6. Aid in training sales associates at the Vendôme salons and other boutiques in France on the Heritage Gallery.
7. Work in collaboration with the Training Manager for France & Monaco and lecturers from the School of Jewelry Arts.
8. Serve as a liaison between the School of Jewelry Arts and the Heritage Gallery.
9. Visit other exhibitions by the brand and competitors.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Currently enrolled in a business or luxury school.

1. Understanding of luxury industry codes.
2. Dynamic and personable demeanor.
3. Initiative-taking ability.

No prior experience required, but a background in luxury or jewelry is advantageous.
