- Prepare accurate financial forecasts for the Van Cleef & Arpels corporate teams in the Americas, focusing on Capex expenditures and staff costs.
- Contribute to budget and latest estimate planning cycles, ensuring precise system uploads to Gemini and Anaplan.
- Implement analytical tools and processes to monitor expense evolutions, preparing monthly reports for Store Planning and HR departments.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to achieve financial targets, manage costs, and explore operational synergies and efficiencies.
- Deliver clear and accurate financial analyses to budget owners for cost control and planning, including Capex and variance analyses.
- Prepare comprehensive business review packages for both headquarters and local budget owners within the Maison.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate submission of accruals and provisions during monthly and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with HQ reporting requirements and accounting policies, providing necessary documentation for audits.
- Maintain the integrity of the Investment Management System and manage Capex IO and new boutique project code creation.
- Coordinate requests from local, regional, and Group levels, collaborating with Finance and Corporate teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, finance, and operations principles.
- Proven ability to work across all organizational levels and foster cross-departmental relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively identify solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet organizational timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of reporting and processes.
- Experience with luxury consumer products is desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP and BI reporting systems (Power BI, Anaplan, SAC) is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.
3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Expected salary range: $120,000 - $125,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
