1. Participate in financial control tasks for various legal entities within Van Cleef & Arpels, including Headquarters, Workshops, and the School of Jewelry Arts.
2. Support investment tracking requests for all entities within the France perimeter.
3. Assist in monthly closing operations, including stock entry preparation, entrusted stock reconciliation, and monthly stock alignment with category analysis (stone, metal, work-in-progress).
4. Provide support to the Financial Control team in management control tasks, such as comparing forecasts with results and budget adherence.
5. Participate in tracking communication expenses for the School of Jewelry Arts (exhibitions, media campaigns) and investments across all entities.
6. Engage in inventory activities for various pieces within services and quarterly reconciliation of entrusted stocks with manufacturers.
7. Support the Financial Control team with ad-hoc and diverse daily tasks.

1. Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

No prior experience required, but enthusiasm for corporate finance and a willingness to learn are essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at the School of Jewelry Arts to facilitate integration.
