1. Support the Events Assistant Manager SEA with logistics coordination for events in the South-East Asia market, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
2. Assist in sourcing and coordinating with third parties such as agencies, venues, and vendors.
3. Provide logistical and operational support for events.
4. Develop and maintain detailed event action plans.
5. Provide administrative support, including invoice processing via SAP and expense tracking.
6. Support on-site event execution to ensure seamless operations.
7. Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects as required.

1. First experience in the retail industry, particularly in marketing or communications.
