- Drive sales through professional and courteous client interactions, meeting the Maison's targets.
- Serve as a role model in executing the Maison's selling ceremony.
- Address and resolve client-related issues efficiently.
- Manage all inbound communications, including calls, emails, and social media messages, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
- Develop and execute outbound clienteling actions to expand the client portfolio.
- Process phone-initiated orders, requiring extensive data entry into CRC systems.
- Continuously acquire new product knowledge to serve as an expert for the Maison.
- Exhibit strong selling and negotiating skills, overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Monitor client satisfaction KPIs and respond to client feedback from questionnaires.
- Convey the Maison's story by knowing its products, history, and events calendar.
- Understand and apply the Maison's e-Retail procedures, including selling, customer service, returns, exchanges, and delivery.
- Act as a referent for High Jewelry, Jewelry, and Watchmaking expertise.
- Foster collaboration with the Boutique network to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Background in customer support, service, hospitality, or retail.
- Excellent customer service understanding.
- Strong sales skills.
- Computer literacy and keyboarding skills of at least 50 wpm.
- Near-native written and verbal communication skills in French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to handle difficult situations constructively.
- Collaborative skills to enhance work processes and tools.
- Eagerness to learn new competencies and knowledge.
Experience in customer support, service, hospitality, or retail is essential, with a focus on client management and sales skills.
