- Manage all inbound communications, including calls, emails, and social media messages, ensuring a professional and engaging client experience.
- Process phone-initiated orders with precision, utilizing CRC systems for data entry.
- Exhibit strong selling and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed the Maison's targets.
- Serve as a role model in executing the Maison's selling ceremony.
- Develop and maintain personal client portfolios to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Continuously acquire product knowledge to serve as an expert advisor for the Maison.
- Monitor client satisfaction KPIs and respond to feedback from client questionnaires.
- Convey the Maison's history and product stories to clients, enhancing their experience.
- Understand and apply the Maison's e-Retail procedures, including sales, customer service, returns, and exchanges.
- Act as a reference for High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking expertise.
- Collaborate proactively with internal networks to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in both German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of client services and/or luxury retail.
- Commercially driven with a focus on sales.
- Advanced computer literacy with keyboarding skills of at least 50 words per minute.
- Team player with the ability to enhance work processes and embody the Maison's values.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in high jewelry and a strong client profile base is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills in German and English.
- Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Sales-oriented with a commercial mindset.
- Proficient in computer use and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and multitasking abilities.
Experience in client support, services, hospitality, and/or luxury retail is required. Previous high jewelry experience is advantageous.
Competitive salary including a 13th month, bonus, commission, and full reimbursement of travel costs.
