1. Lead and manage digital projects in collaboration with development agencies and the IT/Digital department of Richemont.
2. Participate in agile ceremonies and establish project organization to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
3. Serve as the primary contact for business project managers and organize workshops to articulate business needs.
4. Analyze business requirements and assess the technical feasibility of functional specifications.
5. Propose and evaluate potential solutions, challenging agency proposals when necessary.
6. Communicate upcoming projects to the testing team to ensure appropriate solutions are developed.
7. Draft user stories, secure validation from business teams, and oversee estimation by development agencies.
8. Coordinate development efforts and monitor project launches, ensuring quality control post-launch.
9. Remain the point of contact for business teams to address identified evolution needs.
10. Conduct regular technological trend analysis and share insights with the team.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in web and mobile project management within an international context.

1. Proficiency in CMS and Atlassian suite.
2. Experience working in an Agile environment.
3. Technical background to understand IT architecture and infrastructure.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Attention to detail and risk management capabilities.
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 5 years in managing web and mobile projects internationally, with a strong understanding of CMS and Agile methodologies.
