Van Cleef & Arpels Digital Project Assistant Intern (Site) - Dance Reflections

1. Support the project manager in the planning and delivery of the Dance Reflections site, ensuring timelines and milestones are respected.
2. Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, creative, e‑commerce, IT) and external agencies to facilitate content production and approvals.
3. Prepare, format and upload digital assets and copy into the CMS; ensure consistency with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
4. Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing (functional, visual and cross‑browser/device checks) prior to launch.
5. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports, meeting notes and simple performance dashboards.
6. Assist with post‑launch monitoring, basic analytics review and corrective actions in coordination with digital teams.
7. Support minor content updates, version control and documentation of production processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in digital marketing, communications, web project management, e‑commerce or a related discipline.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
3. Keen attention to detail and a rigorous approach to QA and brand consistency.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication; professional stakeholder management.
5. Interest in luxury, jewellery and high‑end brand experiences; discretion and cultural sensitivity.
