Van Cleef & Arpels Digital Product Manager

- Guide the lifecycle of digital products from conception to delivery and ongoing support.
- Ensure alignment of product vision and roadmap with the strategic goals of the Maison.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to develop a comprehensive 360° product vision and assist in prioritization.
- Identify stakeholders and dependencies for projects, delivering macro-level needs assessments for integration briefs.
- Translate the Maison's strategy and business needs into a coherent product roadmap.
- Oversee the execution of all product lifecycle processes, from studies and planning to development and launch.
- Provide functional and technical insights regarding architecture, projects, and tools to support product discussions.
- Monitor team activities to ensure capacity for delivering defined product roadmaps.
- Manage internal processes to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
- Contribute to project sharing sessions with management, raising alerts and monitoring timelines.
- Degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Recognized expertise in digital technologies, including web/app, CMS AEM, and Atlassian suite.
- Solution-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong priority management skills.
- Proficient in English with the ability to work in an international context.
- Technical background to understand architectural issues and interact with Richemont IT infrastructure teams.
A minimum of initial experience in a similar position is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
