1. Assist the Drawing Studio Coordinator in various tasks related to the creation of jewelry and watch collections.
2. Manage the follow-up of retouching, recording, digitization, legal deposit tracking, printing, and archiving of both physical and digital drawings.
3. Serve as the liaison between different departments regarding jewelry and watch collections and special orders.
4. Prepare presentation books of drawings for Group meetings and Maison events.
5. Handle supply orders for designers and manage the library, including organizing physical shelves, labeling and indexing documents, and ensuring regular updates.
6. Identify the team's needs for visual references and documentation, and propose improvements for library organization.
7. Facilitate communication among team members regarding available library resources.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Bac +3) in Communication or Graphic Design.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
2. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Autonomous, rigorous, and organized with a service-oriented mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but a background in communication or graphic design is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication or Graphic Design.
