- Manage the repair process and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team, including diagnosis, client inquiries, cost estimation, and quality checks on repaired items.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit and actively participate in daily boutique activities by enhancing personal knowledge in High Jewelry, Jewelry, Watchmaking, and Stones through group training sessions and LMS tests.
- Ensure the workshop area is properly set up and maintained according to Maison standards, including the management of spare parts and adherence to guidelines for handling creations.
- Prepare reports and assist with various administrative duties as required.
- Proven experience in operations or client service roles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Collaborative teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated experience in operations or client service, preferably within the luxury sector.
