1. Manage the scheduling of cultural tours at Les Salons Vendôme, the Salon des Parfums, and the Galerie du Patrimoine.
2. Conduct tours for clients, the public, and internal stakeholders from Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont.
3. Provide daily and monthly reports on visitor numbers and profiles.
4. Assist in setting up exhibitions within the Galerie du Patrimoine and ensure the proper display of jewelry and accompanying labels.
5. Raise awareness among the Salons Vendôme teams about the various experiences offered.
6. Act as a liaison between L’École des Arts Joailliers and the Galerie du Patrimoine.
7. Visit other exhibitions by the Maison and competitors to stay informed.

1. Significant experience in customer service.
2. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
3. Sensitivity to jewelry, the Maison's universe, and artisanal craftsmanship.
4. Experience with an international clientele.

1. Knowledge of luxury industry standards and codes.
2. Familiarity with the history and products of Van Cleef & Arpels.
3. Versatility, autonomy, curiosity, initiative, and creativity.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Team spirit and empathy.
6. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Significant experience in customer service, particularly with an international clientele.
