- Assist in managing the annual contact plan based on the brand's activities, including celebrations, launches, events, and boutique information.
- Participate in the creation and monitoring of campaign briefs, from conception to dispatch, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects within the team as needed.
- Engage with various departments such as Marketing, Communication, and Regional teams.
- Currently enrolled as a student with a keen interest in customer experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent writing skills.
No prior experience required, but a passion for customer engagement and luxury branding is essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
Interns will receive training on the history and values of the Maison at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
