1. Coordinate gift campaigns for various occasions such as Christmas, Spring, Chinese New Year, and Mid-Autumn Festival.
2. Manage client gift restocking in boutiques.
3. Serve as the point of contact for boutiques regarding client-related matters.
4. Liaise with suppliers and oversee invoicing processes.
5. Act as the contact for the storage service provider.
6. Contribute to client reporting activities.
7. Participate in one-to-one clienteling programs and email marketing campaigns.
8. Assist in analyzing customer satisfaction through surveys and online reviews.
9. Engage in boutique events.
10. Collaborate on diverse CRM projects and cross-functional initiatives with Marketing and Events teams.

1. Sensitivity to the jewelry and watchmaking sector.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
