1. Coordinate gift campaigns for occasions such as Christmas, Spring, Chinese New Year, and Moon Festival
2. Manage client gift restocking in boutiques
3. Serve as a point of contact for boutiques on client-related matters
4. Maintain relationships with suppliers and oversee billing
5. Act as a liaison with the storage service provider
6. Participate in client reporting
7. Contribute to 1-to-1 clienteling programs
8. Assist in email marketing campaigns
9. Support customer satisfaction analysis through surveys and online reviews
10. Participate in in-store events
