Van Cleef & Arpels Corporate Content Coordination & Production Intern

- Assist the corporate communications team in the end‑to‑end coordination and production of editorial and multimedia content for internal and external audiences.
- Support the planning and maintenance of the editorial calendar and production timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, photographers, videographers and suppliers to prepare briefs, schedules and call sheets.
- Contribute to the preparation, editing and formatting of copy, captions and press materials; perform basic proofreading and quality control.
- Manage and organise digital assets and content libraries; ensure metadata and version control for published materials.
- Support content approvals by liaising with legal, compliance and regional teams to track sign‑offs and revisions.
- Participate in on‑site shoots or events as needed to assist with logistics, asset capture and post‑production follow‑up.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Strong editorial judgement with demonstrable writing and proofreading ability.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple concurrent production schedules.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with creative teams and external partners.

Prior internship experience (typically 3–12 months) in communications, editorial, content production or a creative agency is preferred; exposure to luxury brands or high‑end retail environments is an advantage.
Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field.
