1. Assist the Communications Project Manager with daily tasks across various domains.
2. Participate in organizing press events and exhibition openings, including managing guest lists, sending invitations, and drafting event briefs and reports.
3. Support press relations by coordinating with journalists and the press agency, organizing private exhibition tours, interviews, and managing weekly press coverage.
4. Contribute to CRM activities by preparing newsletters and updating distribution statistics.
5. Aid in planning photo and video shoots, managing image and video libraries, and overseeing the physical stock of communication materials.
6. Handle group visit requests during exhibitions and conduct monthly analyses of participant data and press coverage.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
2. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
