1. Monitor and manage the communication budget, including media, events, PR, CRM, and VM invoices.
2. Create purchase orders and update vendor records in SAP.
3. Prepare monthly financial closures in collaboration with project managers and financial control.
4. Reconcile monthly recorded invoices with financial extracts.
5. Prepare quarterly reports for the European region.
6. Conduct daily media monitoring and competitive analysis across print, display, and social media.
7. Coordinate the translation of organic content for the French Facebook page.
8. Schedule posts using Facebook Business Manager.
9. Analyze and prepare monthly performance reports.

1. Enrollment in a relevant academic program, such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

1. Proficiency in SAP and financial management tools.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
5. Effective communication skills in both French and English.

Previous experience in a similar role or internship in communication or media management is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
