1. Set up and measure cutting tools according to the CAM programmer's list.
2. Adjust program origins and initiate NC programs from the CAM programmer.
3. Monitor production to ensure part conformity, deburr, and finish machined parts.
4. Read and modify NC programs in ISO code.
5. Maintain the CNC machine's geometric quality, including cleaning and pivot point adjustments.
6. Utilize workshop control tools such as calipers, micrometers, and profile projectors.
7. Interpret ISO GPS dimensioned plans and define appropriate control methods.
8. Manage the cutting tool inventory, including ordering and organization.
9. Perform first-level maintenance on CNC machines and manage precious metal chips.
10. Fabricate simple tooling and control jigs using CNC or conventional methods.

1. Diploma in micromechanics or machining (BAC pro to BTS level).
2. Experience in conventional and 5-axis CNC machining.
3. Familiarity with ISO GPS plan reading.

3. Attention to detail and methodical approach.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in machining, particularly with conventional and 5-axis CNC machines, as well as plan reading.

Diploma in micromechanics or machining (BAC pro to BTS level).
