- Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of clienteling applications in collaboration with the Digital Services team.
- Enrich the backlog and draft functional specifications.
- Define a business roadmap and coordinate requests for application enhancements.
- Conduct and coordinate user testing with end users.
- Ensure optimal adoption and usage of clienteling tools across regions.
- Respond promptly to application bugs or issues.
- Draft user guides, tutorials, notifications, and regular support materials.
- Deploy and continuously improve the clienteling dashboard.
- Gather requirements, implement, and monitor the adoption of tracking tools.
- Establish integrated KPI tracking within the clienteling application.
- Proven experience in managing long-term digital projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong interest in clienteling and CRM topics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity and problem-solving orientation.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
A minimum of initial experience in digital project management is required.
