Van Cleef & Arpels Client Treatment Executive

1. Deliver personalized, discreet service to VIP and high-value clients across pre- and post-sales touchpoints, cultivating long-term relationships.
2. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, appointment setting, tailored product proposals and follow-up communications.
3. Operate the boutique CRM to record interactions, update client profiles, track sales opportunities and execute targeted clienteling campaigns.
4. Coordinate with sales advisors, after‑sales service and inventory teams to ensure seamless execution of private viewings, bespoke requests and deliveries.
5. Prepare client briefings and sales reports; track KPIs and contribute to local business development initiatives and events.
6. Ensure compliance with brand standards, client confidentiality protocols and local regulatory requirements while maintaining impeccable presentation and etiquette.

1. UAE National (mandatory for this fixed-term position).
2. Demonstrable professionalism, discretion and a client‑centric mindset appropriate to luxury high‑jewellery service.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and anticipate their needs.
4. Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by boutique operations.
