1. Assist the Customer Service Project Managers in daily tasks, focusing on the deployment of digital solutions for clients on the website and applications.
2. Coordinate content creation, gather user requirements, and analyze user data to enhance digital solutions.
3. Collaborate with global Customer Service teams across regions including the US, Asia, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East.
4. Enhance the customer experience through digital solution improvements in collaboration with internal and external teams.
5. Participate in planning and facilitating meetings to promote the Customer Service team within the organization.
6. Promote projects to the international Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service community.

1. Experience in international commerce or marketing.
2. Strong organizational skills.

Prior experience in international commerce or marketing is required.

The internship includes training at L'École des Arts Joailliers, focusing on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels.
