1. Ensure seamless and regular communication among various stakeholders in the value chain.
2. Monitor and manage client intervention and stock flows, including analysis, structuring, and anticipation.
3. Plan workshop workload and capacity to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Consolidate activity data and prepare periodic reports.
5. Act as the primary contact for markets regarding their specific operational requests.
6. Contribute to the evolution of Client Services policies by sharing field feedback and needs.
7. Centralize quality feedback, communicate with relevant teams (Jewelry & High Jewelry), and track associated action plans.
8. Propose continuous improvements in practices and ensure data reliability.

1. Proven managerial experience in a relevant field.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

1. Proficiency in Excel and a strong command of English.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to lead and develop a team.

A successful track record in a managerial role, with experience in client services, production, or supply chain environments being advantageous.
