- Drive sales through professional and courteous client interactions.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service, developing and executing a clienteling plan.
- Develop loyalty of existing clients through clienteling actions and follow-up throughout their journey with the Maison.
- Assist with special projects, such as testing and initiatives supporting the boutique network.
- Consistently and accurately capture client data for relationship building.
- Display strong selling and negotiating skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- Handle and solve client inquiries through effective communication and selling techniques.
- Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering first call resolution and taking ownership of every scenario.
- Follow-up on client satisfaction KPIs and handle feedback appropriately.
- Stay informed about the Maison’s products, history, and internal processes to confidently advise customers.
- Ensure consistency across different channels to guarantee a seamless client journey.
- Provide customer service excellence and advise on product care and maintenance.
- Communicate all relevant information proactively, including lead times and brand policies.
- Direct clients to boutiques for services not available through the Client Relations Center.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, retail, or eCommerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Fashion, Retail, or a related field.
- Customer service excellence drive and skills.
- Comfort with virtual client interactions and sales.
- Ability to quickly absorb extensive information and adapt to various situations.
- Confidence and technical agility to learn and use multiple applications and systems.
- Experience using Salesforce, CRM, SAP, or other comparable email and chat management tools.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, retail, or eCommerce environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, especially in Fashion, Retail, or a related field.
