- Support the implementation of the client service strategy across the region, ensuring alignment with global policies and maintaining high service standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for client service operations in various markets, coordinating with Richemont Client Service platforms.
- Assist boutiques in managing complex client service cases, including client communications, stock repairs, and service quality.
- Monitor boutique performance through client service dashboards, KPIs, and the Client Satisfaction Barometer.
- Oversee in-boutique client services such as jewelry cleaning, strap exchanges, and ensuring the availability of relevant tools.
- Support projects aimed at enhancing the client experience, developing new service capabilities, and assisting in boutique workshop openings.
- Extensive experience in client services with a focus on process improvement and client satisfaction.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for service enhancements and proposing impactful solutions.
- Highly organized with strong collaborative skills.
- Ability to streamline workflows while prioritizing customer needs.
- Effective communication skills for managing client interactions and internal coordination.
Extensive experience in client services, particularly in luxury or high-end environments, with a proven track record of improving processes and client satisfaction.
