- Support the International Client Satisfaction team in managing client satisfaction measurement protocols.
- Contribute to projects related to client satisfaction measurement, including monitoring evaluations via the Satisfaction Barometer across various channels such as retail, website, and customer relations center.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the Maison's Mystery Shopping protocol.
- Track experiences and evaluations shared on online platforms like Google, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Maintain operational efficiency of the Client Satisfaction Barometer and manage online review processes, acting as the primary contact for markets.
- Conduct thorough follow-up on qualitative client feedback to identify trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports and ad-hoc studies on topics such as wait times, quality of reception, and in-store treatment.
- Perform benchmarks and research on client satisfaction or specific business-related themes.
- Currently enrolled as a student with a strong affinity for client relations and service orientation.
- Previous experience in retail or project management is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and comfort in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for client excellence.
A first experience in a boutique setting or project management is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
Includes training at L'École des Arts Joailliers on the history and values of the Maison.
