- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets in collaboration with the CRC Team Leader.
- Monitor and analyze performance and sales KPIs, including SLA, sales, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Resolve escalated client issues in coordination with CRC Team Leader and Manager.
- Lead by example in professional client interactions to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
- Serve as a role model in the selling ceremony and client engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized clienteling plans.
- Supervise adherence to Maison Retail procedures and ensure compliance with policies and commercial rules.
- Manage team operations, including shift planning and performance reporting.
- Support the implementation of new strategies and act as a key user for projects such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Coordinate omni-channel activities to ensure a seamless client journey across various platforms.
- Act as a primary contact for boutique synergies and provide recommendations for enhancing client experiences.
- Manage and develop the sales team, setting objectives and driving engagement through coaching and feedback.
- Conduct performance reviews and oversee individual training plans for team members.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a high-quality customer experience environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage clients effectively through various channels.
- Experience with Contact Centre tools such as SAP CRM and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
A minimum of 7-10 years in a high-quality customer experience environment, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within retail, eCommerce, or luxury retail sectors.
